Why are they called swiss balls?
Well in 1963 an Italian plastics manufacturer developed something called a "pezzi ball" but at that point they were not for exercising. It wasnt until an English dude went to work in Switzerland started to use a similar thing for exercise and bob's your uncle! Tenuous I know! Anyway I used to fall asleep in history so..........
We have two types of Ball available, one made of none PVC materials and the other for the heaviest loads and vigorous workouts.
