Foam Rollers

Foam Rollers may seem like they have a limited use but massaging with foam rollers can help make the most of your recovery between workouts.

Most of us dont have a personal maseur available to kneed out the knots and stretch out the sore bits. So in their place a foam roller, while maybe not as attractive massage the fascia which is the the soft tissue that surrounds muscles, blood vessels and nerves. This in turn will improve blood flow and increase flexibility, relieving tension in the muscles.
