Taking this 2 day recognised instructor course will give you a full grounding into the theory and practical elements into one of the fitness industry’s most exciting tools. As well as learning all the staple kettlebell patterns including swing, clean, snatch, windmill, Turkish get up and long cycle, you’ll leave the course with over 30 patterns and many more variables. 
We cover corrective coaching and multiple pattern improvement techniques. Many coaches find that this course not only gives them a versatile new tool that get’s results but the 2 days vastly improve their understanding of natural body movement.
