Suspension training

Suspension training is a wonderful thing! 

What ever level your at its scalable to your fitness. As each exercise is carried out in an unstable state and the muscles of the body have to work to keep the movement under control. You can get into all sorts of wierd and wonderfull positions that you normally wouldnt achieve and with one piece of kit you can mimic may items in the gym.

All you need is a place to secure the straps, so a tree, a door, pull up bars etc. They are very portable and are an awsome travel exercise partner.
